How to Add a New Country

Countries are together with Languages one of the fundamental elements in BizBox. They represents the real countries of the world. In case you want to work with some country in real world through BizBox, you have to add into the BizBox first. All starts with Countries - selling your Products, creating Websites or Pricelists. Countries are in the system used as Zones – one Country represents one Zone. Zone can also be a Region, which is a group of Countries you can define in the Regions application. Countries are used to define Regions and Cultures.

Adding a new Country

If you want to be able to work with some Country, you need to add it to the system first. You can do it really simple by following the next steps:

  1. Double click the Administration module icon located on the BizBox desktop.

  2. Click the Countries application in the left panel.

  3. Click the New button located in the tool bar.

  4. Select the Country you want to add. You can also start typing the name of the Country in the field.

  5. Click the Add button and you are able to work and use this Country in the BizBox Admin.

How to Add a New Currency

Currencies are added into BizBox Admin in the Currencies application that is located in the Administration module.

  1. Run the Administration module and click the Currencies application.

  2. Click the Add button and select the currency you want to add.

  3. You are also able to edit created records - double-click it or use the Edit button in the toolbar. Thanks to this you can simply change the Default Currency setting.
